Strengthening our service capabilities: Hüttenhölscher takes a stake in IWR Industrieservice

To further enhance and expand our service offering, Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG has acquired a stake in IWR Industrieservice GmbH, effective from 1 January 2026-

This investment marks the next step in a long-standing and trusted partnership that we are now strategically developing further. IWR will continue to operate as an independent company and will maintain its role as a service provider for a range of machine manufacturers and operators.

Alongside our technologically advanced production solutions, deep process expertise and strong project management capabilities, we have significantly expanded our automation and control engineering expertise in recent months. At the same time, we firmly believe that outstanding service is the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Through our closer collaboration with IWR, we will significantly increase both our service capacity and the scope of our service offering. For you as our customer, Hüttenhölscher will remain your central contractual partner for spare parts and service. In most cases, the operational service work will be carried out by IWR.

Our ambition is to deliver a professional, versatile and high-performing service organisation with strong implementation capabilities – fast, competent and solution-oriented. With this strategic step, we are further sharpening our future-ready profile to ensure we can continue supporting you in the best possible way.
