Whistleblower Protection
Your reports are important
Protecting whistleblowers is an important concern for Hüttenhölscher. That is why we consistently implement the requirements of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
The law serves to protect persons who, in a professional context, obtain information about violations of applicable law and report them – such as corruption, data protection violations, environmental offences or other serious misconduct.
Internal reporting channel
Hüttenhölscher has established a reporting office through which reports can be submitted securely and confidentially. This enables fast and effective processing without whistleblowers having to fear reprisals.
You can submit reports via the following channel:
Hüttenhölscher Whistleblower Protection Portal
Confidentiality & protection
All incoming reports are treated with strict confidentiality. The identity of whistleblowers and affected persons is protected by technical and organisational measures. Reprisals against whistleblowers are prohibited by law and will not be tolerated by us.
External reporting offices
In addition to the internal reporting office, you may also contact the external federal reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice if you do not wish to report the matter internally or if you find that no appropriate action has been taken.
