Successful InnovationDays2026 with plenty of inspiration

Our InnovationDays2026 are a resounding success, marked by numerous engaging discussions, fresh ideas, and in-depth technical exchanges. Many national and international trade visitors take the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of current developments and manufacturing solutions at our facilities.

The focus is on production solutions that are currently under construction or being commissioned. These include a linear front drilling system with integration into a robotic sorting system, a cabinet side drilling system (longitudinal) with integrated milling and deep-hole drilling processes as well as automatic destacking, and dual-cycle drilling and doweling systems for sides and bottoms.

A particular highlight is the further development of our robot-assisted cabinet assembly cell. This is now also capable of automatically inserting drawers and fronts, thereby significantly increasing flexibility and the degree of automation once again.

There is also great interest in the Hüttenhölscher-Software-2027 with HMI and PLC-frame, as well as the further-developed Hüttenhölscher screwdriving systems. The AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions presented also sparked intensive discussions and many conversations.
